[About presents and letters]
Regarding presents, letters, etc., We have to apologize for inconvenience but in order to prevent the infection of the COVID-19, we have to obliged to decline, considering the safety of our customers and performers as our top priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[About taking photos and videos during the performance]
Video recording, audio recording, audio/visual broadcasting (LIVE), and photography are strictly prohibited during the performance.
Please note that if you take pictures or record videos outside of “photo time”, you may be forced to leave the event and the camera or recording device is confiscated and the data deleted. We do appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[About supporting goods and cameras for photo time]
◆ You can use the light board at the event. But the size must not exceed A4 size or smaller.
Please use the cheering goods at the height of the chest level during the performance.
◆ Cameras that can be used for photo time. The camera lens that can be brought in is up to 150mm. Please refrain from using tripods, selfie sticks, external flashes, and stepladders during photo time and performances.
◆Please refrain from bringing cheering equipment that may interfere with visibility or safety to the event. Eg. Balloon, Paper shoot, Confetti, and Banners (other than those permitted). please note that we may ask you to stop using cheering equipment that it may interfere with the performance, or that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
◆Please refrain from using the electronic message board on your smartphone.
◆When using cheering equipment, please be careful not to hit other customers.
◆We ask for your cooperation not to raise cheering equipment such as penlights, fans, towels that are above shoulder level. so as not to disturb other customers.

[Requests and cautions when entering and watching performance]
Those who fall under the following are not allowed to enter, and we cannot respond to refunds.
– Those who have a fever (37.5°C or higher) at home or at the time of admission.
-Those with symptoms such as sore throat, headache, joint pain, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, cough, diarrhea, conjunctivitis symptoms, taste disturbance.
– Those who have been tested positive for the COVID-19 within 14 days before the performance date.
-Those who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days before the performance.
– Those who live together, have family members, or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected of COVID-19.
-Those who have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed immigration restrictions or an observation period after entering the country within two weeks of the performance date, or have had close contact with a resident of that country.
*If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please notify the staff immediately. (We may ask you to leave due to symptoms)

[In measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection]
★Temperatures will be taken upon entry. Customers with unwell conditions are not allowed to enter.
★Please be sure to wear a mask before entering.
★Please wear a mask at all times during the performance.
★Please cooperate with frequent hand washing and disinfection.
★To prevent droplet infection, please refrain from talking or cheering in a loud voice. Also, please stay at your seat during the performance.

[Other precautions]
◆ On the day of the performance, video and photo cameras will be installed. Please note that your image may appear in photos and videos. And the contents of the shooting may be published in newspapers, magazines, the Internet, and etc.

◆Please follow the instructions of the staff inside and outside the venue.
◆The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. caused by not following the instructions.
◆We kindly ask customers to refrain from planning other surprises due to reasons for organizing and controlling work. This may be result in having to stop temporarily suspend or cancel the performance.

◆Please note that, bringing cameras other than those specified into the venue is prohibited. In case of detection, it must be placed in the area designated by the staff.

◆Ask for your cooperation in having the staff check your baggage while entering the venue. This will be done randomly at the discretion of the staff.

[เกี่ยวกับการถ่ายภาพและวีดีโอระหว่างการแสดง]

・ ไม่อนุญาตให้บันทึกวิดีโอ, บันทึกเสียง, การถ่ายทอดสดภาพและเสียง (LIVE) ภายในงานด้วยอุปกรณ์ทุกชนิดผ่านช่องทางหรือแอปพลิเคชั่นต่างๆ นอกเหนือจากช่วงเวลาที่อนุญาตให้ถ่ายภาพได้ (Photo Time Corner )
** หากมีการผ่าฝืนระเบียบข้างต้น ทีมงานขอสงวนลิขสิทธิ์ในการลบภาพ วิดีโอ และเสียงที่บันทึกไว้ รวมถึงเชิญผู้ฝ่าฝืนออกจากงานทันที

・สามารถนำป้ายไฟเข้างานได้ แต่ต้องมีขนาดไม่เกินกระดาษ A4 และขอความร่วมมือไม่ชูป้ายไฟสูงกว่าระดับหน้าอก

・เลนส์กล้องที่สามารถนำเข้างานได้ต้องมีระยะการซูมไม่เกิน 150 มม. และไม่อนุญาติให้ใช้ขาตั้งกล้อง ไม้เซลฟี่ รวมถึงแฟลช และเก้าอี้พับ ระหว่างช่วงเวลา Photo Time Corner และระหว่างการแสดง

・ไม่อนุญาตให้นำอุปกรณ์เชียร์ที่จะรบกวนต่อผู้ชมท่านอื่น เช่น ลูกโป่ง กระดาษโปรย คอนเฟตตี้ แบนเนอร์(ที่นอกเหนือจากที่ได้รับอนุญาต) ทีมงานอาจะพิจารณาไม่อนุญาติอุปกรณ์เชียร์อื่นๆที่อาจจะรบกวนต่อผู้ชมท่านอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กล่าวข้างต้น

・ไม่อนุญาติให้ใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นข้อความอิเล็กทรอนิกส์บนสมาร์ทโฟน

・ขอความร่วมมือไม่ชูอุปกรณ์เชียร์ต่างๆ เช่น เพนไลท์ พัด ผ้าขนหนู เกินระดับไหล่ เพื่อไม่ให้รบกวนผู้ชมท่านอื่นๆ

[ข้อควรปฏิบัติและข้อควรระวังในการเข้ารับชม]

ผู้ที่เข้าข่ายต่อไปนี้ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้างาน และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงิน

・ผู้ที่มีไข้ (อุณหภูมิร่างกายเกิน 37.5°C ขึ้นไป)

・ผู้ที่มีอาการเจ็บคอ ปวดศีรษะ ปวดข้อ หายใจถี่ หายใจลำบาก ไอ ท้องเสีย เยื่อบุตาอักเสบ การรับรสผิดปกติ

・ผู้ที่ตรวจพบเชื้อโควิด-19 ภายใน 14 วันก่อนวันการแสดง

・ผู้ที่สัมผัสใกล้ชิดกับผู้ที่ตรวจพบเชื้อโควิด-19 ภายใน 14 วันก่อนการแสดง

・ผู้ที่อยู่ใกล้ชิดกับผู้ที่สงสัยว่าติดเชื้อโควิด-19

・ผู้ที่เดินทางไปยังประเทศหรือภูมิภาคที่รัฐบาลกำหนดข้อจำกัดการตรวจคนเข้าเมืองหรือกำหนดให้มีระยะเวลาสังเกตการณ์หลังจากเข้าประเทศภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ของวันแสดง หรือเคยสัมผัสใกล้ชิดกับผู้มีถิ่นที่อยู่ในประเทศนั้น

*หากคุณรู้สึกไม่สบายหลังจากเข้ามาในสถานที่ โปรดแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ทันที

(และอาจมีการขอให้ออกจากสถานที่ทำการแสดง)

[ในมาตรการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายของการติดเชื้อโควิด-19]

・จะมีการวัดอุณหภูมิก่อนเข้าชมการแสดงและไม่อนุญาตให้ลูกค้าที่มีอาการป่วยเข้างาน

・โปรดสวมหน้ากากอนามัยขณะเข้าร่วมงาน และ ระหว่างการแสดง

・โปรดให้ความร่วมมือในการล้างมือและฆ่าเชื้อโรคที่มือบ่อย ๆ หรือทุกครั้งที่สัมผัสสิ่งของ/วัตถุที่ใช้ร่วมกัน

・เพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อจากละอองน้ำลาย โปรดงดเว้นการพูดคุยหรือส่งเสียงดัง นอกจากนี้ โปรดรับชมจากที่นั่งของคุณในระหว่างการแสดง

・ขอความร่วมมือไม่ลุกออกจากที่นั่งโดยไม่จำเป็น

[ข้อควรระวังอื่นๆ]

・ ในวันแสดง จะมีการถ่ายวิดีโอและถ่ายภาพนิ่ง

โปรดทราบว่าภาพของคุณอาจปรากฏในภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอ

และเนื้อหาของการถ่ายทำอาจเผยแพร่ในหนังสือพิมพ์ นิตยสาร อินเทอร์เน็ต ฯลฯ

・โปรดปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของเจ้าหน้าที่และทีมงาน

・ผู้จัด สถานที่ และผู้แสดงจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่ออุบัติเหตุ การโจรกรรม ฯลฯ ที่เกิดจากการไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำ

・เราขอให้ลูกค้างดเว้นจากการวางแผนเซอร์ไพรส์อื่นๆ เนื่องจากเหตุผลในการจัดและควบคุมงาน ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้ต้องหยุดการแสดงกลางคัน

・ห้ามนำกล้องนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดเข้าไปในสถานที่จัดงาน ในกรณีที่ตรวจพบจะต้องนำไปวางในบริเวณที่ทีมงานกำหนดเท่านั้น

・ขอความร่วมมือในการให้ทีมงานตรวจสอบสัมภาระขณะเข้างาน โดยจะดำเนินการแบบสุ่มตามดุลยพินิจของพนักงาน
